Ripped off by Paisapay!!!!

What do you make of this chat? Paisapay suspended my account for no reason (as admitted by them below) and they refunded money back to buyer (who received the item and gave positive feedback). No explanation from paisapay whatsoever!!!! I don't know how ebay interprets this - but to me its a clear case of theft by paisapay/ebay! Please read the chat for yourself and decide:

Sorry, cannot disclose that information you need to be in touch with the buyer and get the amount or you can get the item.

nowhere in my paisapay account does it say that the amount was refunded to the buyer for the ID you have indicated. it simply says "Item received by buyer"

But, if you login to your account you would be able to check that your PaisaPay registration and remittance have been suspended.

well, lets go back to the beginning of this conversation. why was my account suspended in teh first place? If you open a bank account and the bank tells you next day that they suspended your account and, hence, the money is no longer yours - would you accept it???

Hi, Sorry to hear your trouble,

Confirm from the buyer if he has received the payment back. If he has request him to get it transferred to your account. Explain him the situation and if would be a good human being he would not refuse.

It seems I can't sell any longer on ebay while my paisapay account is suspended - has anyone else had this experience of not being able to sell because of paisapay's incompetence in customer service? I have several items I have been trying to list on ebay but it won't let me because of my paisapay status? IS tehre a way to remove paisapay and still sell on ebay?

Its very bad thing done by eBay. I agree with your point. As your account has been suspended by eBay then eBay has to provide a valid reason for the same. As its there responsibility to provide valid reason. Policy violation its not a answer for such cases. If seller not know what exactly he done wrong then I don't think so that he done any mistake. If eBay informs clearly that this is your mistake then might be next time this seller will not same mistake again...

Thank you for the replies but I don't think ebay, as a monopoly, considers itself answerable (ironically, ebay USA considers itself answerable but in India they think they are Sarkar). Hence, the only way to make them answerable is through persistence.

I am still working on getting my 18K back - I have written to the buyer and he's responded that he will refund the money if paisapay doesn't (he's out of town for a week).
Yes, I'd still like to sell on ebay - I don't have a choice, its a monopoly! Just like I'd like to deal with Sarkar log and be nice to them.

I'd appreciate all users/members to share their similar experiences on this post, so that our weak voices get a little stronger - perhaps, then Sarkar will listen.

speak with the ebay managers or else sorry to say you got to approach the court, i feel you must have your money back since it is/was an error on the part of ebay,
