Hi:
I made a purchase on e-Bay on 16 Nov, and executed an ICICI instant payment thru PaisaPay. It is the 19th today, and I still do NOT see PaisaPay updating the Payment status to 'Paid', while myself and the Seller are just waiting for this status to execute the shipment. Pretty Disappointing about PaisaPay.
To add to it, It takes several hours to stay on the phone to get to customer help. On Nov 17th, 24 hours after the Payment was taken from my bank, Customer Reps still wanted an additonal 24 hours. They had got 72 hours now, and no change in status.
Does anyone have any experience?
