on 4th of aug i had a chat seesion with Vidya M
My problem was that before my shop listing ended i was relisting in auction the same lot.But now every time i did that i was getting an error saying that i had to insert a bigger amount in Buy it Now than what was in the Auction. I explained to Vidya that i did not want to do that i just wanted to relist in auction like i have been doing it for months Vidya took down the details & agreed that there was a problem & assured me that she would get back after giving her my cell number. But i never got her call. Today again i had another seesion with (Session ID:18776435) Payal P whoafter half an hour of understanding just ended my chat session abruptly. CAN U PL EXPLAIN THIS CONDUCT OF YOUR SUPPORT TEAM. I hope you will take the time to reply.
