I'm supposed get a refund of Rs.949 which I paid for cash on delivery on an order placed in Ebay site.
As I received wrong product I contacted Ebay for replacement, seller replied that the exact product shown on website is inavailable hence I asked for refund.
Since 2 months whenever I try contacting Ebay regarding the same they keep on say that I'll get a call in 24- 48 hours . I have contacted them for about 30 times and every time I get the same answer.
I need to file complaint against eBay regarding this and I need my money back
