ebay guarantee.
actually the item which i bought is not a genuine product which is entirely different from the listing description. so i wanted to return the item back to the seller (since the item is unused ) . so i opened Claim ID : 1839738. daily i used to check the status of the claim and mails. but no updates. as usually i checked today, its status is closed.
I have not received any communication from ebay or seller on my mobile number which is mentioned in the claim.and also not received any mails regarding claim updates and closure. now also you can check the case log ,there is no comment or reason given for the closure of claim.
how can i trust ebay in future ?
please take action against the executive who handled my claim. and do justice for me.
