Myself Roopesh Krishna Pai. I am writing this complanit with a great dissapointment about a product that I have recieved thrugh ebay on 25th august 2015. I have purchased an I phone 5 paying RS.24999.00 using my paisa pay. In advertisement, The seller was offering a brand new phone and accessories with 1 year seller warranty. In the meanwile, There was several problem in the headset (making a disturbing voice), charger & the adapter (which got burned during the carging) came along with the product. To know the reality, we approached an authorised service center of I phone in kochi and came to know that the product is out of warranty from 29-dec-2014 and the accessories provided are not genuine. Also, the phone has several harware issues as the set is refurbished/2nd hand(which is not at all mentioned in the advertisement).
This was quite unexpected and intolerable as the quality of the product is the best trade mark of ebay india. I would really appreciate if I could get either replacement/ re imbursment of the money paid as my expectation is not to use a refurbished set paying such a big amount. I would really appreciate if you could take neccessary action and respond me at the earliest.
