Powerseller sold used/fake/refurb drive with virus on it.

I bought a 4GB PNY micro pen drive from originalgoods



The drive had a virus which kaspersky detected and deleted on insertion. I later formatted the drive and it is working fine. Even the packing is different from the listing ( and he claims the packing to be the determining factor for fake drives in the listing )
The blister pack is NOT OF THE SEALED TYPE. It can be opened/closed at will without any visible signs.
I mentioned this in the feedback, and now he has replied that I am a fake buyer and it is fake feedback. What can one -ve feedback do to his score that I will go out of the way to give him a negative feedback ?
I request ebay to do justice. If this kind of action is allowed the power sellers will get away with selling fake items and buyers will not return after such bad experience

I got my pny 4gb in sealed condition. Moreover what image is shown in listing is 'old logo' of pny. I got my pack with 'new logo'. See pny website for new logo.
Product is working excellent.

I request everyone to read my posts again and think once.
I only wanted to mention the following :

Packaging was different than what he claimed. It was a determining factor because the seller claimed in the listing that the packaging should be checked for authenticity.

There was a virus ( not just autorun.inf, but a virus along with it ) which means that the drive may have been used/refurb/return

My main concern, as pointed out by my posts before seller replied was that his reply to my feedback is unwarranted.
He is calling me fake. What right does he have to do that. My feedback was factual and about the drive while he is just making personal remarks against ME.

The seller claims I didn't contact him. I contacted him 24 hours before leaving feedback, that too through ebay itself which can be verified.

I hope the seller, in order to preserve his dignity and integrity, removes his reply which is unsolicited and not fact based. I am not a ebay regular, so his remark will not hurt me much but I will make sure I highlight my case in the forums I am member of.

I am open to replies/suggestions on where/what I did wrong. But this kind of blatant lying by the seller is not expected. It is this high-handedness which is not acceptable.

You look like bent on punishing the seller and fighting for ego. Time and again you are trying to find issues from non issues like change in packaging which is now proved by other users that the manufactures some time change packaging.

Also it seems unaware what damage it causes to the seller by one negative feedback which should be used in extreme cases.You are bothered by the reply on your feedback. You got a drive which is perfectly working, then what is your big problem. Why don't you forgive and forget? Don't fight for ego.
