We understand that there are concerns on the continued supply of PowerSeller merchandise leading to out of stock situation and at times due to logistic reasons face delays in receiving new monthly supplies. Going forward we are happy to let you know that we will be giving Quarterly supplies of merchandise to Sellers who have maintained PowerSeller status for 3 consecutive months. This will ensure regular PowerSellers do not face out of stock situation on packing merchandise. In addition we have revamped the design & the messaging on the bag to make it more user friendly and reinforce key message

To optimize logistics and standardize processes we will provide 1 size bags and packing tapes. Based on feedback received from PowerSellers on under utility of some materials we will be discontinuing labels and letterheads will be given to Silver level and above w.e.f April’2008. Considering the significant changes being made in design, quantities and quarterly dispatch logistics this month we will be dispatching the material on 28th Apr as opposed to the standard practice of 18th of every month. Kindly bear with us and trust in the interest of overall betterment this is a minor compromise.


To my opinion most of the merchandise go waste as per the requirement by different type of PowerSellers. So, why not PowerSeller Team despatch a customised merchandise to the sellers?

For example, I require only the following items:

1. Letter Heads and
2. Labels (Stickers)

other items (bags and tapes) are just useless for me and are kept as it is.

Dear PowerSellers you too post your requirements here and hope that PowerSeller Team in future sends the customised merchandise as per our requirement.

This will reduce the sortage of merchandise to the PowerSeller Team too.

Thank you for reporting that you all are have not received the PowerSeller Packing materials and we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have lodged a complaint with the logistics company.

However, we will dispatch the materials in the inetrim again and should reach your registered addresses soon.

Zaman (skygiftworldwide), Hitesh (runalaila_in1) & a few other members had suggested on this thread that members should receive materials as per their needs and I'm happy to update you all that soon we will contact all the PowerSellers to understand on how we can improve when we dispatch the next batch.

This is just to remind you and the PowerSeller Team that I have last received the PowerSeller Merchandise in the month of May 2008. After that till date nothing has been sent. Has the merchandise been discontinued?

You had posted on this thread that the PowerSeller Team will contact us to know our requirements. Nobody has contacted us yet.

Can you please update us regarding the PowerSeller Merchandise.

I'm happy to be able to address all your concerns through this post :-).

Zaman (skygiftworldwide), Deep (shree_krishna_gems)& Manoj (kumar.m) - I understand that you have not received PowerSeller materials from the past 3 months. This is because earlier in April we had announced that we will be giving Quarterly supplies of merchandise to Sellers who have maintained PowerSeller status for 3 consecutive months. This will ensure regular PowerSellers do not face out of stock situation on packing merchandise. I'm sure you must have realised that you had received the materials in good quantities which could last 3 months. I'd like to negate any such thoughts of discontinuing PowerSeller materials :-).

Joge (shivamemory) - Namaskar! It's always nice to interact with you. I understand that you have not received the PowerSeller materials as you were a new addition to the program and I have ensured that you get the same from this month onwards on a regular basis. Maybe in the future you will also join the club of quarterly dispatch sellers.

Navneeth (snrama) - Thank you for updating the thread and I'm happy to confirm that the necessary dispatch hhas been initiated and all PowerSellers should receive their necessary materials latest by end of this week.
