Some of you might have already interacted with the latest pink on the board, for those who have not, here is a small introduction about Indraneel Jain.

Indraneel has been with eBay now for over a year and was closely working with sellers in his role in the Trust & Safety team. He is thrilled at the opportunity to join the Community Team and is already on his toes in trying to understand our members and their needs. Do welcome him admist you all and feel free to rag him :).

Hi,
I had a telephone conversation with Indraneel. He is only 23. I think he is going to be an asset to our community in future.
1)He has agreed to my suggestion to increase international shipping time to 35 days from the present 21 days during our discussions.
2)He has also agreed to extend ER facility to sellers working in eBay India for 1 year +.
These two are very good proposals.
That shows the inherent promise of this young upcoming community member.
I request other members to write their suggestions on this thread.
That way we shall be able to overcome the present phase. Let us keep an open mind. eBay India is our community and we should work together to make it great.
