Even I am facing the same issue as recently I received a negative feedback with bad languages with no payment.
The buyer (user id: taywade) has given me the feedback as "fraud sala.puri kundli uske account number se nikalte hai aur police bhejte hai"
Why should eBay allows buyers to leave the feedback for unpaid transactions?
I am waiting for the Unpaid Item process to be completed, still my business will be affected because of this feedback.
Hope eBay team will look in to this issue asap. ---------------
