Can Anyone Suggest The Solution

Hi

This is rhtdm.6624 an eBay user. Few days back I had purchased one Chinese handset from the seller
rock_3_16 .But after getting the product I found that It is not as per described. So I had opened the dispute that Item received but not as per described. After time period of 1 month from transition date I got option that My concern has not resolved. Since seller not responding to calls & emails. But after choosing the option I got email from eBay that I need to provide appraisal letter which shows that item not as per described.The seller not provided accessories which he described in the description .But in India there is not support center for Chinese phones. So Can anyone know what is solution in this case ? Since I paid money and I am in worry. EBay is also not helping or not understanding the concern.

You take pictures of the items that you received and send them to ebay india support team and also put those pics here in yr forum.
I am sure you will get justice once you show everybody that what you are saying is the truth.
Sellers on ebay are always co-operative and ready to help you just need to show proofs that the items you received are not as described.
May be the seller shipped wrong item to you or may be there could be some other problem. Just take pictures today and put them on yr forum and also mail them to ebay india support team for consideration.
Your purchase is safe on ebay !!

Basically he is NOT a seller. He had also transacted with me as a buyer long back.

Always prefer to buy Chinese phones only from commited sellers who have a good background. Selling Chinese phones is not a big deal but protecting the customer till its life-cycle matters the most. Thats where you find the difference between those available in the market and the one available at eBay.

As rightly said by "knight.jewellery.auctions", you may send a mail with proof of mismatch and I'm sure you will get the right justice.

Yes , the suggetiones given by Knight.Jewellery.auctions and faheem are good . Apply these and I am sure you will get Right justice .I strongly feel that 99.99 % sellers on ebay want Healthy marketplace and they will support you to get justice if your seller doent help you ..
