Seems that ebay is not interested in customer service at all. despite this email from he us that my claim has been honoured and i should receive the cheque, have not seen the same till date .... Pathetic response to something that should have taken ebay less than 1 week to resolve and the same is outstanding for over 75 days ..
I have half a mind to withdraw my membership from ebay....

I am in the same situation from Hart N. My claim was approved in early November. A lodged another complaint and a Dylan M responded with yet another claim for my approved claim. How ridiculous is that? They seem to be parrotting scripted answers. I am thinking initiating legal action against eBay (even though I am personally fond of the guys working there).
What about you Kunal? Pursue legal remedies?

Dear help me,
i am also having the same problem that harl n and some Dylan both are not responding to the mails the last mail which i received from, in that mail they are telling that on 28th Jan your 30days will expire so till then wait for that, and when i called up ebay's office they tell to reply via mail only.

I once refunded to a good Italian lady through eBay.That was smooth.No problem at all.Ebay helped me a lot in that case.But,that lady also was good,too good
