Paisapay please help

there are two refunds for item not shipped
paisapay made a refund entries on my paisapay a/c but there are no transaction closure entries. TRANSACTION CLOSURE ENTRIES SHOULD BE THERE

There is some issue going on with PaisaPay, even in my case all PP entries from 4th onwards is missing. Just see ebay announcements, they have said it in a very different way that there is a problem but nobody from ebay has manners to reply to our mail that there is some problem with the useless Paisapay thing.

Well More than 3 Lakh Rs are not reflected in my paisapay account and even for last a few weeks they do not update,

We sell high volume and need to pay suppliers and paisapay is doing foolish job and making things difficult for seller.

1st of all they charge such a huge charge 6% and 7% with emi and along with this no remittances on time to time will hurt our business a lot

I have noticed Paisapay is deducting all refunds and showing in account balance but credits are not showing and also all transactions where buyers have confirmed item receipts are not showing,

That shows ebay is out of funds and delaying payments purposely and they are using it elsewhere.

This is very serious concern here.
