I had purchased One Pocket Alloy Monocular before Three Month but as per quality I don't find it Worth of it. So I put remark (Feedback)accordingly. After Two month I got phone call from Mr. S. Roy regarding replacing the same with Nikula Monocular & accordngly I returned my Pocket Alloy Monocular on the given address by M/s Neversionara at Kolkata now after 10 days I enquired to M/s Neversionara about replacement, he said that they have not received the Old Alloy Monocular because the address is wrong. I told them that the given address was as per your E-Mail then he (Mr. S. Roy) asked me Courier Name & Docket No that also I given in E-Mail (M/s Anjani Courier Docket No. 40396961 Dt. 27.01.12 Ph. no.022-26054109).
Now I am waiting for Item which i have paid earlier.
