We get order from very small town but we have no option we have to ship it or else we will have to pay penalty
Ebay wont support if we dont ship
For every 100 order we can refund 2 item only so that means if we have 300 order per month then 6 item can be refunded without any penalty
Ebay sud change the rules
As ebay also know shipping Some electronice item to many place is not possible As major courier dont have service

and one more thing. Nowadays many new buyers with APO/FPO addresses are making fool of eBay India and mainly the sellers of ebay India.
They can do anything.
-: They can add or may not add shipping charges while making the payment even if the item has flat rate shipping cost.
-: Unpaid item increases. Because seller unable to send information to them as only international shipping option are displayed because of their APO / FPO address.
-: and if they made payment, then after getting the item they certainly leave negative for sellers. due to which your account may be suspended.
-: It takes about 15 days to remove feedback through community court but till then your account may be suspended by eBay for 30 days as " seller non performance"
-: In other eBay sites sellers also writing in description " NO SHIPMENT TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES. PLZ EXCUSE US"
eBay , please do something in this matter.at least the neutral feedback should be allowed to leave for these kind of buyers.
i think some other sellers are also facing this issue.
is eBay india doing something in this matter.

As your queries were related to changes in the policy, thought of clarifying them together
Based on the feedback provided by our community members, we have made changes to the policy to ensure it is fair to both Buyer & Sellers
To clarify the changes to the policy,
Sellers will be penalized for approved INR’s (System initiated , Seller initiated & Buyer initiated) which are above 4% of PsP transactions. Seller’s whose INR is 2 or less or have PaisaPay transaction less than 10 for a given month, these sellers will not be penalized.
To quote reliableenterprise illustration, if reliableenterprise has 300 trxn/ month, he will not levied any penalty even if his approved INR’s are 12. In a event if reliableenterprise has say 15 INR’s from these 300 trxns, then he will be levied a penalty for 3 trxns (and not entire 15 INR) @ rate of 4% of PsP amount (subject to min 100 & Max 250).
We can build several hypothetical case scenario’s which could indicate that these thresholds are too Low / High, but basis the past data on INR’s and feedback left by Buyers to Sellers for INR transactions we have found that though few of the INR’s could be buyer led reasons but most of them are not. We have build in this fact and be rest assured that the policy thresholds arrived at, are fair for both Buyer and Sellers.
Having said that, if the Seller feels that his INR was not his fault but were due to reason beyond his control (e.g. I do not ship to Kolkata and had mentioned in on my listing but still buyer from Kolkata goes ahead and buys it, Buyer wrote to me informing me to cancel the transaction post his payment), the Seller can write in to their account managers or Customer support with details on why the INR was not within their control. eBay will review the request & if it found that INR was beyond the control of Seller, eBay will reverse the Penalty charged in next cycle

As mentioned in my earlier response, In case, you feel that your INR’s were due to uncontrollable reasons (e.g. I do not ship to Kolkata and had mentioned in on my listing but still buyer from Kolkata goes ahead and buys it, Buyer wrote to me informing me to cancel the transaction post his payment), then you can write in to Customer support with details on why the INR was not within their control. eBay will review the request & if it found that INR was beyond the control of Seller, eBay will reverse the Penalty charged in next cycle

Why beat bush instead of calling a spade a spade? banks are charging transaction fees for reverse transfers so passing on that burden to sellers. As simple as that.
I have examples right now sitting under my nose where buyer is saying things like- "I am not liking the item and I want refund" or is giving wrong address and after parcel's RTO'd back to us is asking to be delivered again to some different address.
And one last thing if eBay even starts giving buyers goodies for refunds than god save us. This is India everyone. [ Even adsense blocks Indian applicants for a cooling period of 6 months before even considering to look upon the request for opening a new account. 95% of applications originating from India are rejected at first shot. No brownie points for guessing why. ]
Till now we were gladly accepting return/ refunds for similar reasons taking them as part and parcels of online business. But why make selling even tougher by implementing such measures. Already in a refund seller has lost his shipping charge and almost his product which most of the times cannot be resold. and finally a final punch, a penalty.
No doubt this measure will punish sellers with dubious intentions who simply block buyer's money. But this will also be a curse on sellers whose intentions are always to serve customers diligently.
In last one year I have never seen many complains on forum against sellers for refunding amount after blocking it for long. Forum is no doubt filled with complain against GEB. If this policy is implemented it would be really interesting to see how many buyers get their coupons against GEB refunds. And if those coupons will be valid on all listings or only on GEB listings.

Since last 20 Days i have disappointed 4 buyers saying no refund because of this.
Also got many sell lost as i clearly tell no refunds accepted.
All because of this policy.
Making good to buyers????
If you want to really make something good pls close GEB as it has lost many customers trust who were registed from years in ebay.
Check forums full of GEB.
Why this policy is not implemented there???
We are considered as donkeys after doing all hard work.
Leave it
Totally disappointed.......
