Mobile pricing is sensitive in popular brands and hence we have retained our FVF fees at 1% including brands like Byond that come with manufacturer warranty.
We have observed that seller warranty products are being listed in the other Dual sim category which are less price sensitive and can afford higher fees.

Negative or neutral feedback left by the buyer, for technical defect in the product which is covered under valid manufacturer’s warranty/ guaranty and where seller has provided the item warranty card/VAT inclusive invoice which is required by the buyer to avail such warranty/ guarantee from the manufacturer/supplier as the case may be should be removed.
We would request you to send us the item numbers / case details to the Trust & Safety team for us to further look into the matter. You can mail us at inrswebhelp@ebay.com Further, also send us the case details for the 2nd example cited by you.
To address your concerns on unjust feedback received from the buyers, I would like to suggest Redressal options through which you can have your feedback reviewed for removal.
- Using the Feedback revision option: Communicating effectively with the buyers can help reduce post sales related concerns as most of the problems get mutually resolved between the buyer & seller. You can send a feedback revision request to the buyer to have your feedback removed. Link: http://pages.ebay.in/help/feedback/revision-request.html
- Feedback removal policies: We do have our Feedback removal policies in place to take care of exceptional cases / limited situations. Please do go through this policy http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/feedback-removal.html to see if any of your Feedback rating falls under this
- CRF: Community Review Forum is a service powered by the eBay Community. eBay members make decisions about whether feedback is fair. You can file for cases by logging onto community court: http://www.ebaycourt.com/cc/courtindex.jsf
If there are any unjust feedbacks received with positive comments, would request you to write into Trust & Safety team to have it reviewed for removal.
Regards
Raj

Item Nos. 260772969760 and 260772964971 are the only 2 Items that are visible.
There may be some words in the Listing due to which Items might not be visible on the site. We would request you to end all other listings and relist the same. You can also mail back the Item No’s that he has ended so that we can give Fees Credits for the same. Please mail us at inrswebhelp@ebay.com
If you recently listed an item or revised a listing, it might not appear immediately when you search or browse. Although listings are generally searchable within 24 hours, to help make eBay a safe place to buy and sell, there are times when this might take longer.
Regards
Raj
