The standard reply posted hereunder is not a TRUE FACT. I had initiated a claim process, which was closed by E-bay, without resolution. Since e-bay doesnot keep its transaction details on site, I am unable to prove it, but details may be checked by e-bay management.

I am sorry to hear about the bad experience you had. From the infomation and details you provided it seems you have not escalated the dispute for a claim under the buyer protection within the 90 days. If a user after lodging the complaint doesnot close or escalate to a claim the system would automatically close after the stipulated time

My user id is babin04.
I have not received the Paisapay payment for Rs. 303.80 for the period ending 26.09.2006. I have escalated the matter on mail to Paisapay customer support with no reply, then I contacted on live chat only to know that it is on hold for the reason that I have to send the Proof of Delivery for the subject transaction.
Now you may be aware that POD of the couriers are generally received after 20-30 days from the date of Dispatch.
How is this that everytime I will send n item I will have to send a POD, in that case huge amounts will get blocked. This is simply not accepted. Can you pls. help to release the payment. (this problem never existed in the past.)

I suggest you take extreme caution while executing international transactions and especially if the payment is not received. Never ship the item before you receive and don’t agree for Western Union or another instant money transfer

Ebay has a very powerful tool that enables you to decide the kind of buyers who can bid/purchase your products. This tool is called the “Buyer Requirement Tool”, which enables you to select the criteria of buyers.

Currently you can block buyers who do NOT meet all or any of the below criteria:


• Have a negative feedback score
• Have received Unpaid Item strikes
• Are currently winning or have bought '1-100' of your items in the last 10 days
• Are registered in countries to which you don't ship

You can also ask your bidder to verify himself via SMS before he bids/purchases your product. This is specially useful if you are listing high value product.

To set your buyer Requirements, follow the instructions below:

a)Log into “ My Ebay Page”
b)Under “ My Account”, click on Preferences
c)Under Buyer Requirements, click on “ Edit” & select your criteria’s

I would strongly urge you to go through these tools in details which may help you reduce number of unsuccessful transactions.

It really made me feel good than you can make ERRORS and than not even provide for why this all has happened, If only you understood what your errors can HARM the bussiness we are trying to do.
Its has really made me MAD to find that these so called ERRORS are repeated every week
