Hello rohit_999,

I am sorry that you have had a bad buying experience. As I mentioned earlier, eBay India has a large and growing community of dedicated sellers who use this platform fairly and efficiently. Unfortunately, certain sellers do misuse the platform. Our Trust & Safety team does all that is possible to create a safe trading environment and keep such sellers off the eBay platform.
eBay has a Buyer Protection Program under which we cover cases where persons have been defrauded . You can read more details of this in our Help Section (http://pages.ebay.in/help/confidence/problems-fraud.html). I'd request you to please follow the process and notify us of your case. This will help us to track the fradulent activity and take necessary action.

Regards,
Rajan Best Regards

i remeber in Baazee we used to have an option in every listing page to complain about item/seller. I don't find it anwhere now.
Also there used to be options like wrong category listing, multiple listings, high cost of trasporting etc ..
I owuld like to have atleast to have a link so that ican directly launch a complain from the selling/lisiting page. It brings in more transparency,
Plz do that ...as it was in baazee..

The Ebay team does not care a thing for the hapless buyers. I got defrauded by a fradulent seller Mr. Satish. Item : Most Stylist Watch On The Baazee
Item ID: 27910213
Order ID: 2427640
The seller took the money more than 7 months back and never cared to deliver the material. I wrote more than 25 reminders to ebay (ealier Baazee) but they did not take any action whatsoever. The ebay team even stopped responding to my mails. What action does ebay take to protect buyers. I would advise to exercise restraint while dealing with ebay.

Hello,
I have been using EBay from US since 2000. Recently I happened to buy something on EBay India (as it was easier for me to get it shipped to someone residing in India that way).
I have been fortunate to do business with reliable sellers here in the US. Product descriptions have been accurate, shipping charges have been clear, and delivery has been hassle free. Whenever I have had questions they have been answered promptly.
If you attempt to buy something from EBay India, and you go through the feedback received by the prospective sellers (or if you buy something without going through the feedback you will find out for yourself as I did) - repeated queries will get you no answers, long delayed delivery (something they do not specify in their listings), poor condition of items (again not specified in the listings), and if you do give neutral or negative rating to the seller you will be harassed with phone calls and e mails (all of them quite rude in tone if not overtly rude in words - eg: something that I saw in one of the feedbacks - "the buyer needs to be taught how the courier service works, they are not servants").
I do not know what policies EBay India follows in dealing with sellers such as these; but whatever they do now is not working. It is easy to dismiss this as lack of proper customer service on the part of the sellers. But it reflects on EBay India, and you do not need me to point out to you that, that lack of customer service is going to affect you. As someone who used to be comfortable using EBay I will tell you this - I would rather pay more for items bought from sites such as Fabmall.com than put up with attitudes like this. I hope members like me are taken seriously and some badly needed changes made.
Thank you, Anitha John

People at eBay, please help me. My listing with no. 7537644845 is neither showing in the category in which it was listed, nor showing in the search. More over the link "Selling" is showing "(1)" in "My ebay", that means the item is listed, but when I click that link, the item listed can be seen but the headings are as follows:
Show:
All|Currently Selling(0)|Currently With Offers(0)|Currently Not Selling (1)
What does it mean!!? That my item is not listed and selling!!?
Please help me at the earliest as I have paid money for the listing and I am losing time also.
