there are two questions here
1) item was damaged in transit and you shipped through PowerShip. In such cases you will be covered for shipping as long as the packing material used was of reasonable quality. This is done as part of the eBay Guarantee claim settlement process.

2) For the replacement leg, eBay Guarantee* will advise you to ship a replacement product. This will be done via the eBay Guarantee microsite and you also receive and email with such an action requested. Currently the replacement leg is not facilitated in PowerShip. Post the launch of the new system as advised in the announcement one of the following steps could take place
a) you ship on your own courier. You will receive the credit for this replacement shipping as long as the threshold for replacement rate for the month has not been crossed.
b) eBay arranges for replacement shipping in which case you will also receive a shipping label via email for the package. The shipping charges for this will be passed on to you only in cases you have exceeded the monthly threshold or the shipping charge is above Rs 400.
