No use of Community Court at all. Ebay needs to recheck

Hi Ebay Management & Indraneel,

I would like to bring to your attention that off late community court is just not serving the purpose for which it was created. I would like to cite an example of this to what has happened to me.

Buyer: lilingstone
Feedback: Seller’s blackmailing technique to force customers for best score is nauseating

I filed for community court as my commnunication with buyer didnt result in a positive way ahead.

The buyer never replied to community court. My case went for jury voting and to my surprise i received an email stating "The Community Court has decided that the feedback for this transaction should remain with a majority of 51% of the votes".

How in the world is this fair to me. We are genuine business and are very affected by this fault feedback of the buyer. Now what am i supposed to do. Either the system is at fault or other sellers on ebay (competitors) definately voted me out.

I want my case to be reviewed by Ebay management and decide what is my mistake and what the court ruling came out.

Whats is the use of community court if genuine sellers are not getting a fair trial also. Where are Ebay values gone now. I will appreciate if you can take a look at my case and reply what I should do in such a situation. If you cant reply then let us know and we will not expect justice at community court.

Uptill now i have had very high regards for ebay management and its team, but if this is what treatment we are been metted out then I should definately think of other platforms.

Appreciate comments from other genuine sellers as well if i am right or wrong in my request. If you have voted for me or against me pls do let me know as well.

I will keep this post active till ebay doesnt reply.

Also to add to my grievances, here is a new issue faced by me.

I had a buyer who made payment via paisapay or wanted to make payment via paisapay. He didnt get that option and he left me a negative feedbaack.

I want ebay to answer if this is my fault. How can i protect myself and remove the negative as community court is useless. Will ebay take responsibility and help a genuine seller like me.

There is a big difference between "made payment via paisapay" and "wanted to make payment via paisapay".

Which one is correct?

Buyer wanted to make payment via paisapay. He tried doing it but received an error due to which he couldnt complete the paisapay transaction.

Unknowingly he got agitated and left me a negative feedback. Hope this clarifies.

Pls tell me if there is any fault of mine.

Hi,

I don't think Community voting is bad.

Ebay should have both the COMMUNITY VOTING & the MUTUAL FEEDBACK REMOVAL because there's some buyer who won't remove feedback even if you are not at fault so for them the COMMUNITY VOTING is best for removal of -ve feedback.

But for Sellers & Buyer who understands each other can go for the MUTUAL FEEDBACK REMOVAL.

The Voting favour depends on the case details given in the community courty. So, it would be best if Seller gives the full details along with the defending matter for other jury to decide & vote. Incomplete details could often landup on buyers favour.

I have seen cases where i have explained everything properly. The buyer has not even bothered to reply to commnity court still the cases have gone against me.

I am worried as my case has gone in community court for voting and community court is down. Above that ebay doesnt bother to reply to this thread on my problems.

but after some day i never got any reply and now when i log in to comminity court it say that there r no case pending
i dont know anything
i have not got any reply from ebay also
