This is same with us. From last one month ebay has stopped our account saying your performance is low.
But customers of any old transaction are giving negative feedback of months ago now, if you dont allow us to do business then how it will be balanced?
EVEN FOR SERVICE OF COURIER COMPANY BUYER GIVE US NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WE DONT RUN COURIER COMPANY NOR WE ARE AGENT.
WE LIVE IN FAR FLUNG PLACE, HERE WE DONT HAVE AIRPORT SO ALL OUR ITEMS GO BY RAILWAY TO MUMBAI OR TO THE NEAREST AIRPORT CITY NAGPUR.
SO GENERALLY WE TAKE 3-4 TO DELIVER ITEMS TO BIG CITIES AND LOST IN TRANSIT CASES ARE MANY BECAUSE OF RAILWAY.
Last time we lost items worth 40,000/- there were some 10-15 items dispatched on samy day, in railway, on other hand when refund claims came we sent new item to buyers still buyers didnt change their negative feedback!!
For me it was double loss. Even after sending item customer never bothered to change feedback...also for the same ebay blocked our account.
Now, When ebay itself says nor seller or ebay is responsible for lost in transit of items, then why victimizing me?
MOST INTERESTING FACT TELLING TO ALL SELLERS- AFTER SENDING WRITTEN COPY FROM COURIER AND FIR COPIES OF LOST ITEM NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED FROM T&S AND FIRST ONE TO STOP COMMUNICATION IS MY ACCOUNT MANAGER. ITS BEING 15 DAYS THEY JUST DONT ACT.
ALSO JUST SEARCH EBAY INDIA- SELLER WITH 80%-90% PERFORMANCE ARE WORKING AND DSR 3.9 OR 4.0 WITH FULL VISIBILITY, AND NO SELLING LIMIT, SOME OF THEM LIST ITEM ON DAILY DEAL WHEN I ASK WHY THEY ARE WORKING, THEN EITHER THEY DO NOT REPLAY OR ANSWER IS THEY ARE HIGH TURNOVER SELLER SO EBAY POLICY DO NOT APPLIES TO THEM!!
EBAY GUYS PUT ITEMS OF LOW RATING SELLER ON FRONT PAGE SO THAT THEIR RATING MAY IMPROVE, BUT FOR A SMALL TOWN SELLER OR NO APPROACH SELLER ITS TOUGH, IF YOU DONT BELIEVE SEE DAILY DEAL AND PERFORMANCE RATING OF SELLER WHO SELL ON DAILY DEAL
MINE IS 96% WITH LOWEST DSR 4.3 WHEN I ASKED T&S GUY HE QUIT FROM CHAT WHEN I CALLED T&s THEY SAID ITS UPTO YOU IF YOU WANT TO QUIT COMPANY.
