No response by clain adjuster on claim 265831

i am a buyer on ebay since 2 years but i am struggling for claim 265831 claim handler is reluctant to help me Seller has agreed for refund but claim handler doesnt bothers to cslk him due to which i am suffering from 24 August Claim is 265831 Plz help me and provide resolution at the earliest

dear seema mam claim adjuster is saying that he hasnt got any confirmation mail for refund so plz reconfirm that whether i am eligible for refund or not ur help will be appretiated
