NO CONSUMER REDRESSAL SYSTEM

IT IS REALLY SURPRISING THAT THERE IS NO CONSUMER REDRESSAL SYSTEM IN E BAY AND THE TRANSACTIONS ARE IN FAVOR OF THE SELLERS AND THE BUYERS AT THEIR MERCY. I BOUGHT A NIKON COOLPIX CAMERA FROM buying_reloaded on 26th October 2006 EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID THROUGH PAISAPAY WHERE THE SELLER RECEIVED THE PAYMENT WITHIN 24 HRS BUT THE DISPATCH WAS MADE 3 DAYS LATER WITHOUT GVING A REASON.THE SELLER SENT THE ORDERED ITEM WITHOUT THE USB CABLE AND A CHARGER WHICH WAS NOT WORKING. THE SELLER DID NOT GIVE A CASH MEMO. THE SELLER AGREED TO REPLACE THE CHARGER. AND FINALLY SENT A CHARGER ON 23/02/07 AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS. EVEN NOW DELIBERATELY HE HAS SENT THE WRONG USB CABLE. DID NOT LEAVE A RATING OR FEEDBACK BECAUSE THE TRANSACTION WAS NOT COMPLETE AND NOW I CANT LEAVE A FEEDBACK BEACUSE E BAY DOSE NOT HAVE A RESRESSAL SYSTEM. I REALLY WISH I HAD NOT BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FROM E BAY.

Most unfortunate experience for a new buyer / member. Hope someone from ebay will look into this and try for a amicable solution. .
