Item delivered not working

Hi,

I had ordered an Sony MP3 player cum 1GB pen drive. But it does not seem to work. The error message I get is "Disk cannot be formatted". Can I claim refund.

if product is undear warranty period mail to seller about the problem , he will surly update u about the same.

if seller refuse go for dispute " Item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described "
