Pathetic Customer Support Long wait time after calling the support # 18002093229 Un neecasary wait intervals to raise a issue after receiving an item or even in case of any other scenario. First call recvd after raising the claim after few days in which it call back within a days time was given (no update till another week) After a weeks time called support # & again was commited a call back wuthin 24 hours (no call back recvd) After 2 daus called back the support again & this time a call back within another 30 minutes was promissed, again no call back received. Called support again after 24 hours and the same story goes on. Poor ebay customer care & very rude executives. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK REMOVED. DONT SEE ANY TRACE OF IT. NO REPONSE FROM EBAY FEEDBACK TEAM INSPITE OF ASSURANCE ON CALLING BACK ON MONDAY & PROVIDING THE DISCOUNT COUPEN.
