Powership contact number and other issues.

A few days back I received an email from ebay regarding toll free number for powership. Today I tried to reach powership team, and followed the process and pressed the required number in the IVR. However the call went to some other department and they informed me that the powership team is in another floor so I cant talk to them.

So how do we contact powership team on phone, if we have urgent issues?

Refund was approved for some of my shipments, even though I have sent email to Mr. Vaibhav of powership.  He replied to the email. However no action was taken even after reminder and refund was approved for 5 shipments. I immediately sent another email to Mr. Vaibhav yesterday, but no reply yet. I sent him another email today morning, but no reply.

This is not acceptable at all from ebay. Seems there is no system to handle such issues. Its all about luck. If you are lucky, things will go well. 

I pay more than one lakh Rs. Per month for paisapay and final value fees alone. And the powership charges are not even included in this number. I need better service for smooth operation.

We need phone numbers where we can connect to the powership team and resolve our issues. And if ebay India team does not understand this, Then it will lead to frustration among the sellers and naturally they will flock to so many other marketplaces which have come up, including Amazon and Flipkart.

I hope someone responsible is reading this and take corrective action.
