I have come through various example in which BUYERS left negative feedback without contacting sellers, This is a serious issue for a seller,I always feel eBay has got EXTRA LEANINGS towards the buyers, all facilities are earned by buyers and eBay just burdened sellers with hell lot of liabilities. I m not fearing from Liabilities, but if i talk about seller policies, eBay has got worst.
If some buyer needs a replacement and when we say SHIPMENT is borne by Buyer, they clearly refuse the things and just threats us by a NEGATIVE FEED POLICY, if eBay is claiming ebay guarantee then why the hell it is not providing us a SHIPMENT SOURCE, I accept they pay in most of the cases when there is shipment of replacement needed, but that is not enough as Buyers are not aware, they just do one thing, just punishing a Buyer without any solid reason by giving him a negative feedback.
If eBay is really hearing the SELLERS, i have some suggestions and are as follows:
1. When some buyer try to give the negative feedback, he should face an option like "CONTACT THE SELLER" and without contacting the seller, he should not be able to Leave a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. And for this he has to be asked to give him a VALID proof that he contacted the seller.

2.eBay must verify that the Negative Feedback case is genuine or not, sometimes user left Negative just because of the ignorance.

I appeal to all those sellers who are facing this type of problem, to participate and support this so that eBay revise the policies for the sellers.

I have received 2 negative feedback's in the last 2 days just because the buyer did not read the listing completely and has purchased the WRONG product and so I have to suffer for it ?????, is it my fault that the buyer is illiterate.

Does the seller have to suffer for the ignorance and foolishness of the buyer ?????????.

Ebay please reply, will justice be done ?????????.

Hi,
If a buyers leaves negative without contacting seller, that will not affect seller's score. This is what I understand according to latest policy update. Am I wrong?

Sirji your understanding is incorrect. Please get correct information from ebay. There is no such policy of ebay and there is no mandatory rule for the buyer to contact the seller before giving feedback.

I have received a neutral feedback this month & its strange that the customer is not picking up the calls, i am being trying from more than last 15days from different numbers but still he is not picking up the call & not replying to emails & sms.

Contacted ebay CC. They say if email doesn't bounce the customer is contactable & they can't help in this case.

Why don't ebay understand what will seller do if customer is not contactable or not picking the calls or given fake number ?

Why should seller suffer always ?

What to do in this case ? Any suggestion ?

You are very right and ebay will do nothing to help out the seller in such cases. I had a very foolish buyer who gave neutral fb for some stupid reason. I have proved to ebay with help of BSNL that the buyer has purposely given both wrong telephone numbers on ebay. He is contactable to ebay but is not replying to my mails at all. You get such arrogant and illiterate buyer and your cannot do anything, surprisingly ebay also will NOT help you in any way.

Let Amazon come to India Phir ebay Ka Band Bajega.

Raavan ka ahankaar nahi chal ebay ka kya chalega, ulte muh ke bal girna padega, ab jyada din ki monopoly nahi hai inki

Hello,

As per me we have one option through which eBay will pay attention towards us. But its should be done by all sellers. Stop completely giving low prices on DD\DOW. D not participate in any promotion. Why we are giving low rates? Do we are social workers? Or we earned so much and that is the reason we not want more money?

We are raising so many issues regarding CRF but not a single person is replying on that. That means no value of us. Listing charges too increased. We fool sell products at 2 / 5 % margins why???

Please think on it. I think its only the solution which will help us while resolving our issues.

I totally agree that ebay feedback policy is unfriendly towards sellers. I am facing a problem I have not recived my payments for COD transactions for more than 6 months . I have contacted e bay but every time a standard reply is given that they have escalated to the concerned team , They will get in touch with u. Till dt I have never come cross any one calling me and updating the sttus. Yesterday the customer care executive assured me that some one from paisa pay team will call me . But as usual no one called me. Today I called the customer care she is asking me all the details . Its like a torture I am undergoing for following up my pending COD payments.Is there any solution for this or not. Or who is the concern person to talk. I have already mailed spana previously , But no reply from her end also.

hello sellers,
A buyer always has moral right to get a product that is CORRECT, FUNCTIONING, UNUSED, NEW and WELL KEPT AGAINST NATURAL CALAMITIES. Please see that the buyer has no way to contact the seller and check the product before purchase. Even a buyer who is dissatisfied with a small priced item delivered, which is found very old or damaged by improper packing or bad storing conditions is forced to leave an absolute negative feedback since the seller is too lazy to make even a visual inspection of the product before shipping and as a result the buyer dont like to go round in circles by enduring return shipping charge, which may be more than the item price! DO YOU AGREE???

The topic is all about leaving a negative feedback, without contacting the sellers, so where is the question of u r suggestion,
We accept there is a right of BUYER to leave a feedback, and we all accept it, but we don't accept the wrong things, as we have discussed here.
