Money gone from Citibank but PaisaPay not updated

Hi,
I was trying to buy an item on 17th July and I made the payments through PaisaPay->Citibank portal After the transaction PaisaPay showed some Javascript error and my payment status or order is not accepted but money is already taken from bank. This my third purchase and first two times things were fine. I'm not getting any proper support. I don't know who to contact, I have sent a mail and then tried calling on customer support but all is in vain

It happens somes times due to a problem in the system or internet connection break up.
You can contact paisapay department on the nos given below. They are very efficient. You just have to provide the transaction details which shows in your account statement.
022-60003229
1800 209 3229 (for all operators)
1800 22 0288 (Only for MTNL / BSNL lines)
Timing – 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday – Sunday)
