Regarding Trade Events:
27/07/2010: Demand draft was delivered to Seller: confirmed by indian postal department VIDE SPEED POST NO: EW551381077IN website (www.indiapost.gov.in) for proof.


30/07/2010:Seller acknowledged the receipt of demand draft actually delivered on 27/07/2010.

01/08/2010: Seller opened UPI CASE and denied receipt of payment and denied receipt of payment.

02/08/2010: Seller re-confirmed receipt of payment on 30/07/2010.

04/08/2010: eBAY's Judgment of my Appeal and removed UPI with a remark SELLER IS ABUSING THE REFUND PROCESS. (Detail in previous post)

Surprising, Neither I have received the item nor the refund till date.

Appeals are pending with eBAY unattended. eBAY seems to helpless to favour buyers.

eBAY Court as usual removed my feedback with 51% Juries favoured to seller?

Judge eBAY support in regard to buyers. I have not marked my followup part.

Please post the Seller ID and ITEM NO with small note of events. Indeed one day Buyers will budge on eBAY.

Very Very Unfortunate, brand like eBAY did not act as per policy deed. It's total failure of eBAY officials to honour their disclosed policy deed. RATAN.TRADE

I said, Indeed those IDs should be banned to particiate at eBAY, who use to abuse the trade process not matter seller or buyer.

But In my case seller confirmed receipt of payment on 30/07/2010 and neither he shiped the item nor refunded the money. It was already acertain and confessed by eBAY officials too. I taken all the available remedy actions at eBAY. No result till yet.

As per your statement, you are absolutely true that after void of warranty seller can not do anything. It is unjustified, if buyer trying to spoil reputation of sellers. I think in this way buyer is also spoiling his reputation too.

But I think the eBAY participants are mature enfogh to understand the what is fact, so you should worry more for those buyers act unreasonablely.

Moreover, Constrant of the fact is eBAY has to act fast to stop such unpresidented act of seller as well as buyer. Infact ihat is not happening ........

EBAY dealing offers are pathetic! I do not understand, why they speaks lie and passover false informations.

Please anyone will comment of my query.

1. Seller confirmed receipt of payment. Even through can seller deny to ship the item and refund the money? Buyer is intend to rceive the item.

2.If yes then what will be resolution of eBAY in this regard?

3. Why not item placed for bid should consider as fake item? When seller could not ship the item?

IF you read my case

1. I do not want refund. I need item from seller. Which was placed by seller for bid. I was the final bider on closure.

2. Then why seller intend to refund the money? But not refunded till date. Indeed will get the refund that is for sure if not item.

3. Seller is also not denying the receipt of payment. Then whay seller is not ready to ship the item?

4. Why not seller should penalized to this misconduct. Because seller breach the contract deed. RATAN.TRADE

Hence, felt the need to modify the way the Feedback system works in the current business trade context.

However, seller continue to hold buyers accountable to eBay policies. In addition, there are seller protections, such as Removal of negative and neutral feedback no matter when a buyer doesn't respond or respond.
