Regarding Trade Events:
27/07/2010: Demand draft was delivered to Seller: confirmed by indian postal department VIDE SPEED POST NO: EW551381077IN website (www.indiapost.gov.in) for proof.


30/07/2010:Seller acknowledged the receipt of demand draft actually delivered on 27/07/2010.

01/08/2010: Seller opened UPI CASE and denied receipt of payment and denied receipt of payment.

02/08/2010: Seller re-confirmed receipt of payment on 30/07/2010.

04/08/2010: eBAY's Judgment of my Appeal and removed UPI with a remark SELLER IS ABUSING THE REFUND PROCESS. (Detail in previous post)

Surprising, Neither I have received the item nor the refund till date.

Appeals are pending with eBAY unattended. eBAY seems to helpless to favour buyers.

eBAY Court as usual removed my feedback with 51% Juries favoured to seller?

Judge eBAY support in regard to buyers. I have not marked my followup part.

Please post the Seller ID and ITEM NO with small note of events. Indeed one day Buyers will budge on eBAY.

the seller is unable to en-cash your cheque/dd it will be treated as unpaid item. unless and until S/he en cashes it.
Have your DD been cleared? please verify.

1. Seller CONFIRMED rececipr of Demand DARAFT. If DD Was defective? seller should infrom me and return the demand draft?

2. How did you analysised that seller unable to encashed the DD?

3. If he confirmed receipt of DD very next day he opened UPI? Denied receipt of payment again confirmed receipt of payment.

4. I have not received the item nor teh refund.

@mobile-phones-etc the buyer is well aware of all this, also saw his history he uses the paisapay option normally this is something else case, some ego clash or they have struck out of ebay settlement deal which went sour, really really impossible to guess unless the seller spills some bean, i have tried helping the buyer, and he is well versed with all eBay rules and regulation, this is 100 percent something else matter, as the buyer is wise enough not to falter, and a regular buyer of specific jewellery on ebay, unless the seller gives us another side of the story, this will keep continuing.

have you verified from your bank whether the DD has been encashed on not?

If DD hasnot been encashed, then you need to take refund from bank.

I am not being judgmental here, Just trying to figure out a way to end your dilemma. I have always believed in 1 thing, open minded communication can solve each every issue. try pursuing with the seller, if he is still unresponsive, get in touch with your bank, and ask them to give the proof whether DD has been encashed or not. If it has been encashed, submit the proof to eBay and file claim. you will get the refund.

If it has not been encashed, ask your bank to refund the amount.
