27/07/2010: Demand draft was delivered to Seller: confirmed by indian postal department VIDE SPEED POST NO: EW551381077IN website (www.indiapost.gov.in) for proof.


30/07/2010:Seller acknowledged the receipt of demand draft actually delivered on 27/07/2010.

01/08/2010: Seller opened UPI CASE and denied receipt of payment and denied receipt of payment.

02/08/2010: Seller re-confirmed receipt of payment on 30/07/2010.

04/08/2010: eBAY's Judgment of my Appeal and removed UPI with a remark SELLER IS ABUSING THE REFUND PROCESS. (Detail in previous post)

Surprising, Neither I have received the item nor the refund till date.

Appeals are pending with eBAY unattended. eBAY seems to helpless to favour buyers.

eBAY Court as usual removed my feedback with 51% Juries favoured to seller?

Judge eBAY support in regard to buyers. I have not marked my followup part.

Please post the Seller ID and ITEM NO with small note of events. Indeed one day Buyers will budge on eBAY.

Grievances: who send defected and damaged watch. When I contact seller the seller agreed to replace or refund for it. By trusting him I had send the watch to him and I claim for refund. Meantime the seller was suspende from ebay. Even after 15 days I do not receive refund or replacement. In addition the seller put hold my refund request and ebay is not acting properly.

I am firm on my statement and can’t withdraw it. Because what I have remarked above, the order of EBAY Court is same. What sunrise me you know, in few other posts I read in forum posted by buyers. In all cases ebay court had passed the order in favour of sellers with same percent 51%. What do you think about these orders? Will both of you publish your thought? With due respect to @amitvagems, he could have shown his maturity and seniority in his comment.

How the jury used to work in india historically: I shall give an example::::

Widening of Clive Street,Calcutta:
On 27th January 1823.the the two Justices of Peace W Hogg and D MacFarlane issued a circular to the Sheriff of the Town of Calcutta to take necessary steps to acquire the land through which the proposed road will pass.This land belonged to the deceased Nittanaund Baboo.His widow Simlay Bebee had two grown up daughters of full age.namely Jamoonah Bebee,a widow without issue and Fakoo Bebee had two sons by the name of Chunnoo Baboo and Bullub Baboo by Nilmony Chunder and Dyalchund Auddy.They along with the estate manager Gocool Baboo were not agreeable to give their land for road widening.
A jury of 24 persons was constituted comprising 12 impartial natives and 12 impartial British subjects to decide the value of the affected land and the compensation to be given to the land owners.The members of Jury were as follows:::

My comments:East India Company laws on debt and tax recovery were somewhat ruthless.But it was rather too soft towards the Bengali Hindoo natives.Bengali Hindoo natives were used to get protection against all kinds of trespassing,even if it were done by a British subject.I can give one thousand examples.So,Clive Street was widened,by consent, of the resident British subjects and more particularly,the Bengali Hindoo natives.

eBAY Court's judgement in favour of 51% in favour of seller in various case. I have no comment on judgement but uable to understand 51% method of decision not in one but in various cases .....?

this is how community court works:
total of 21 votes are required to decide the fate of case.
a jury comprises of both buyers and sellers (yes buyers as well are part of it) votes on the cases.
A case is closed the moment it receives 21 votes.
now if the majority (51%) has voted in favour of the seller, the feedback will be removed.
it is not exactly 51% usually its more than that, 51% is just a notion they use to explain the "majority"

so where ever is the majority (not restricted to 51%) related action is taken. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Nomeaning to break the head. Therefore, Without giving much in detail in my case i puting here my feedback left by me on priti_diamonds trade case:

How do you justify the ebay court judgement. When eBAY theirself remarked that the Seller is abusing the trade / refund process in order to one of my appeal.

I used all possiable options and given enfough opprtunity to ebay.in to redress my issue. What they are doing it is beyound my understanding.

I am a sholderholder of ebay inc so i have persued my case with:

John Donahoe: President and Chief Executive Officer, eBay Inc. and
Michael Jacobson - Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, eBay Inc.

Indeed, I will place this issue before Board of Directors of eBAY Inc in coming week. I will sort out my issue and defenatly resolute to end with my stasfaction.

Indeed the entire ebay.in process was not impresive upto their branding. I can not go and harping again and again for this pitty issue. But I will not allow anyone to cheat me.

Next, under RTI, I am in process to procure the items sold by priti_diamonds at eBAY and also takeup this matter with sale tax and excise authority to verify whether all applicable tax was paid by priti_diamonds against sold items at eBAY. I will open all possiable slots against them.

Moreover, I did not find few sellers are fare in trade faith, when ecommerce trade is totaly depend on faith.
