Its not about addressing my concers. Its about the inefficiency of Ebay and the attitude towards customers. Why do you feel that I should call up customer care n number of times to get my issue resolved or put messages on feedback forums... Also it takes 8 days for ebay to reply without a solution while the sellers are expected to ship the articled in a week. Why are some restrictions or timelines not being applied to ebay?
Why do you need 45 days to ship a promotional gift?
If you feel that you are out of stock or out of capacity then you should not put such promotions at the first place.
