Item not received

I havent received a Hard disk which i was supposed to received as I had entered the 6th anniversary coupon code. The paisa pay id is 28683890407. It is almost 35 days as of now but still I am yet to receive the hard disk. When all the sellers are expected to ship the articles in 7 days then why doesnt Ebay itself ship the article within same timelines. Customer care doesnt seem to be of help.

I called up the customer care today as well, this time i got to hear another pathetic reply... this time they are telling me that this delay is form the vendor.... 🙂

Comparing it with letsbuy...... Letbuy has a far more better customer service....
