Hello eBay India,
I am really very much disappointed with your so called Trust and Safety team.X-(X-(X-(

Will you tell me if they have little knowledge of eBay Policy??

Well first let me tell you the whole thing first, So that all eBay members can know about the genius mind of Trust and Safety team and also about their stupidity. Shame on such a team who do not know the policy in details and just know to remove the listing without any fault of the users.



I am a seller of all types of gemstones. I had listed 9 navratna stones.

Example:Item number:300053397879,300051840647,300051794445,
300051840675,300052711985.

Now in the above refer items I use the same title and picture because the length allowed for title is very less/insufficient and pictures taken of such small stones are almost the same.(so same picture is not at all a problem)

I will have to specify the weight of each and every gemstones(total number will be nine)that will be not possible at all.

So I specify the different weights of all nine stones in the description, which is very clear( Please check all items if anyone have doubt).

But the Trust and safety team had removed my one item number "300053719141 - BEST Quality all 9 Precious NAVRATNA(with Real Diamond)" because according to them its a identical item.

Now can someone tell me if the weight specified in each and every listings of Navratna is different in all the listings then how it is identical items?????

I hope some eBay members will surely support my this post, But I will not give up untill eBay will apologies for this unfair removal of my items.

This had damaged my reputation and please for the records I never violated any of your policy.

Now Trust and Safety team please reply my post ASAP because I wanna see you shame of ur deeds.X-(X-(

I will keep on posting reply to this thread After every 24 hours,Untill eBay apologies to me for all the torture.

Hi,

I often feel that those Customer support personnel (whether in eBay or in some reputed Indian Banks ....) often do not go to depth of the problem / letter / complain and have a tendency to send some stereo typed answers on having a superficial observation. This problem needs to be tackled at the root. eBay can't change the practice as a whole but they should at least rectify their own system to stop those inconveniences. In my opinion the eBay Customer Support mails to me are less stereo typed now than before but there are a lot of scopes for improvement as evident from such posts. .

Dear eBay,
No reply to my post??? You should reply to my post giving some clarification that why my item was removed?? and also justifying it..( I know it IMPOSSIBLE to prove the removal of my listing as fair)

I am asking this on community boards because all members must also know what kind of expertise knowledge is possessed by Trust & Safety team.

I am not a member who will keep quite if unfair action had been taken against me.

I often see people get cheated on eBay but the so called Trust and Safety team do nothing to stop such frauds.

The Trust and Safety team can only harass genuine and innocent sellers.

Well let me be very clear, I want a sincere apology from eBay for all the trouble.

I also thank Swarupji for the support. I am expecting more support from my other community friends.

My Dea Deep Gee,
The problem with us third world counteries is that we, DO NOT LISTEN what is being siad to us, and if at all we do listen we do so with with half heart, and come up with memorized answers like parrots.
This is the reason our counteries, our economies and our political set up is such a mess.
I love and respect India a lot, because India is such a beautiful and great country full of lovely people just like yourself, but it hurts when concerned authorites do not pay attention when you go to them with a problem.
Let me tell you my story, what I encountered here in Saudi Arabia.
When I went to Indian Consulate here in Saudi Arabia, to convert the nationality of my wife from Indian to Saudi, the counselor told me that I have to go to India, announce it in the local news paper for three days, then take police clearance and from CBI, and finally Ministry of Interior, only then he can help me.
I left the consulate completely lost and depressed, thinking that this will take forever. As I stood there planning what to do next, an Indian gentleman came to me and asked me, what was the problem, when I explained him my problem he told me to give him 100 Saudi Riyals and my wifes passport. (1200/- Indian Rupees)which I did thinking if I am to lose I will only lose 100 Riyals.
To my astonishment and delight the man came back after 15 minutes, with changes made in the passport of my wife and the required letter for the change of nationality. IN SHORT PEOPLE DONT LISTEN AND SIMPLY DONT CARE WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS, UNLESS THERE IS SOME BENIFIT FOR THEM!

It's really sad to know
what happened with you. Thanks a lot for providing all of us with the
information. I also had many listings problem earlier but like other people I
kept quiet. But I really appreciate your effort. Now I think everyone should
come and speak against the wrong thing then only u will see changes. People like
you are making life easier for new sellers as well as old sellers. I hope you
will definitely get justice --- and finally a reply from Ebay.

eBay is not replying to me because they know that its their fault to remove my listing without checking it properly but I will not give up untill the Trust and Safety team will apologise for the big mistake.

I am happy to say that I had got the email from Trust and Safety containing the apology for the mistake of removing my item and also my listing was Reinstatement.

It was not a big deal(Trust and safety make mistake and then apologize for the same).

I can only hope that such cases do not happen with any of the seller.

Well the full mail from the eBay is below:

"Hello Deep,

My name is Neena and I am a represenative of eBay India CustomerSupport. I recently became aware of your post on the Community Boardsregarding the removal of your listing, item number 300053719141 - BEST Quality all 9 Precious NAVRATNA(with Real Diamond).
