what will do if not get item which is won in bid

Respected Sir/Madam I won SONY ALL IN ONE item no (#110048605484) on 2nd nov 2006 & I paid all the amount & charges by my credit card.I recived recipt of paymet.The seller said it is lost in transit & he will send another item with in 2 days on 25th nov 2006 & tell me to close the disput 1st But till now i did not recevied item.Then how will i close the disput what will i do? If i lauch a complaint in local police station against seller for cheating or against eBay adminstration plz reply via mail or on my cell phone no 9833871881

Hi,

If you close the dispute then you will loose all oppurtunities to back a refund from eBay. Otherwise, if you do not receive the material then you will get back the entire amount paid by you (less Rs.50 for processing). .
