How to contact a previously interested buyer on a relisting?

I listed an item for sale; A buyer was interested and was asking clarifications and we were communicating thro' ebay. He did want to buy, but failed to bid at last moment due to personal problems. I have relisted the item now and want to remind him thro' ebay. How do I do it?

To add an image in your post, as runalaila_in1 mentioned:
1. Upload an image
2. Here is the HTML code that you can use to add pictures to your posts:
<</b>img src="IMAGE LINK" border=0
3. Paste the link in your settings (once you are loggeed on to boards)
