I believe that this section was created for posts targeted at the eBay team, but many posts do not receive any response from an eBay representative.
While some posts in this section do not require definitive replies from eBay, many others cry out for authoritative answers from eBay, such as my two recent posts - one about ISNAD claims for defective used products, and the other about the order of replies in a thread.
It is quite discouraging. eBay Team : please be more active in responding to posts in this section.
