Final Value Fee not Refunded, not even receiving reply via email

Dear

This is in reference to Item No - 320933700465 which was paid via Paisapay, the refund for the same was initiated by me on 5th July but from right that day i am unable to open a case in resolution center for refund of Final Value fee .

Reason being for cancellation is the same area is not servicable by India Post & Profeesional Courier.

Now, i have trying to get the amount credited back and have even tried to contact via e-mail.

but as yet even after the passage of 10days i have not received any reply.


Secondly i have been trying to contact my Ebay Account Manager but as per no responses i believe he has left working with ebay and so i will like you to please assign a new account manager.

Hope the same will be taken care of A.S.A.P.

At the bottom there is a link "request a refund"

Click the link & you will get a form, write your FVF Request and send it

I believe that you refunded the buyer via paisapay refund, in that case the FVF will reflect directly on your paisapay page(see the details in the "next remittance due" column) you do not have to contact anybody for FVF refund.

How did you come to know that FVF has been deducted for the transaction? let us know so that we can guide you correctly.

I have already tried writing in that link twice but i am not getting any reply from them.

After going to Account->Account Summary->Fees for the period->Product details 320933700465 30-Jun-2012 12:11:38 IST Final Value fee Rs. 46.45

whereas on going through credit section or all account section the FVF credit is not coming up after even passage of almost 26days.

Tried going to Paisapay
Next remmitance due coloumn is blank because i am not actively listing items because of logistics problems.

What is happening on Ebay, how is Ebay even working.

Its just not me who is not receiving any reply from Ebay, even the buyer is in the same state.

Refund request was initiated by me on 5th July 2012 and should have had been refunded by max 10th July, yet even on 30th July the buyer has not received the refund.
Please refer the feedbacks coloumn for more details.
