There is nobody who can solve the problem. I have bought One Original Charger Dock Cradle for Ipod Shuffle from 1Bigbazaar. On receiving , Ipod was loose in it and pin was found bent. I had written to ebay but no action, talked to seller says first you send it back then we will send another.Dont they have checking systems before despatching, are we here to send the things by courier once received, sorry then we do not need ebay then.Please take immediate action

You have problems, we all do and you have my full sympathy. You are kindly requested not do double or triple posting of the same issue in future, you had posted the same issue few days back, please continue to do updates in the same posting do not create new posts.

@ramramparashar: you seem to be worried more about the courier fees than the money wasted on being stuck with a faulty product. my advice is to make sure you do the required before eBay timelines expires. after that they won't be able to help. the ball is in your court right now, not eBay's or the sellers. i am sure if you read the item description you'll be the item needs to be sent back by buyer before it can be replaced or refunded. i hope you read the item description before ordering.
