Feedback phishing with "circoniaelecs" id on ebay

Dear all ,

As per my inspection to "circoniaelecs" id,i suspecting feedback phishing is going on.

also as per ebay rules there must be SNP action below 95% feedback , still id is active no such restriction is seen on id ( as listing is still same as past ).

i request all ebay sellers to comment on same.

just bcoz he is selling big price items ?
