Fake items

Hello there....i recently tried to buy a product through ebay from eatern-importers product number (230089325380)...but the item i recieved was fake,i left a negative feed back & eastern imoporters called & threatened me if i do not remove the negative feed back they will not refund my money,my request is u should never ever allow such people who cheat people through your pretigious company to do any business.....it is not just they will refund the money...as u know people do not have so much of time to follow links sent to them through sellers or the ebay & then finally may be they will get the refund & nothing will happen to the cheater sellers....plz do something about it....tks

if product is undear warranty period mail to seller about the problem , he will surly update u about the same.

if seller refuse go for dispute " Item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described "

Hi,

A seller should never threaten a buyer like this. You should better claim refund for this item as per the link provided by mahavircomputers. .

As mahavircomputers said in the earlier post, Open a dispute.
