Problem in communicating with members of other eBay sites

Uptil now I used to communicate with members of other eBay sites (for ex eBay USA etc) without any problem through eBay messaging system. These can be either replying to messages received from members of other eBay sites or by sending messages to them directly. Recently a new problem started. When I am trying to send message, some times message is sent, but sometimes a warning from eBay comes as given below and message transmission fails:

I am a Power Seller, why should I provide my credit card details everytime for sending a simple message. Moreover it is not happening every time, I send a message. Sometimes messages are sent also without any problem.

I request eBay to solve the problem quickly.

If the other user's email ID is no longer, there may be a possible of getting bounce. ---------------

Message is not getting bounced. eBay wants verification by credit card for sending message to members of other eBay sites (other than eBay India).It is not email but messages using eBay's messaging system. Whenever such warning is coming from eBay asking for my credit card id, I am abandoning sending message through eBay. Then I am sending regular emails to the buyer's email. But that is cumbersome.

This may be possible if you are redirected by a spoof e-mail. Check the site address on your browser's address bar. Me too communicate with International buyer's but never received such error till today.

Hello Soma,
You are right.I had a similar trouble.Then I tried verification by credit card.It said,this service is not available now.
Then I clicked on the tick mark beside the item>view payment details>contact buyer.It probably did not bounce.The sent folder show this message.

Hello,
Exactly the same problme is faced by me.I do not understand why this partial treatment is done to Indians?

I am just communiting with the member of other countries for the items sold and buy but still it ask for the CC Verification.
