Can't believe that a brand name like ebay would go back on their word and make superficial promises when they cannot fulfill them in the first place...
I had bought stuff worth over 20k and applied the coupon code of FREEMOB123 during the start of August...
But it's been over 2 months and I haven't received my free mobile gift...
I keep calling the customer care every 4-5 days for the issue since the last three weeks and everytime they tell me they are escalating the complaint and I'll receive a call from an executive within 48 hours but never once did that happen...
I am tired of doing this over and over again so as one last resort, asking you guys for a resolution...
If this fails, I am done shopping on ebay... I would also recommend everyone i know and everyone reading this to stay off this site's fake offers for good...
