Hi The way you are dealing with a valuable buyer like me is really ridicules. I raised a claim on 28th September 2013. Its almost 20 days. I always called you and asked for updates regarding my claim status. Nobody from ebay India didn’t called me and updated any off the information regarding my claim.  Your ebay India is totally supporting the sellers point. Making worries to the buyer. As per your request, I reshipped back the defected one to the seller and provided the POD copy immediately and updated the delivery status to you. If you given 48 hours dead line to the seller for resolution after he recived the product back, he unable to provide the resolution in the dead line time. It is his headache. You are wontedly giving the deadline time more to repair and reship back to me as a new one. IT is purely gambling kind of thing. If he is not supposed to replace my product in deadline time, you need to refund my amount immediately as per ebay guarantee policy. Where is the policy in ebay? Is it right way you are following the policies? If anything goes wrong in my case, I am going to provide all the things to national media regarding this. I kept everything as proofs. Really speaking, there is not ethics and support from ebay India to the buyer point. I am really really fed up with your things. So, Sad. No response from your side and you are totally supporting the seller by giving more chances to refurbish the item and send it back as new one. Not more then that. sandeep
