FREE GIFT FROM Ebay DO NOT RECEIVED YET

i purchased Defy plus for Rs. 14900.00 on 26th march'12 and my paisa pay ID was 31071591816 and the gift voucher no. was EBAYHOW001 and that was a wifi router. and after that ebay sent a mail for the gift which i have to claimed. but when i claim my gift they said to me that i did not purchase the phone. but i have all the mail which was sent by ebay.
seller - first shoppers and using ebay id - 06.subrata@gmail.com. and now i think i will go with facebook and post the whole story and post comment that do not purchase any thing from ebay.

Hi ebay, I bought an iPad back in march during your promotional offer,the paisa pay ID for the same is 31098904186. I entered the offer and decided to receive a micromax mobile. I got the shipment details of the free gift from ebay as airwaybill no.13536834404 via bluedart. But till date I have not received the promotional gift. I have reported it twice to ebay on phone and email. Please let me know what's wrong and when will I receive the gift ?

One of the most trusted e commerce site ebay but i dont know why ebay doing like this i also placed order on april with 14000.I didn't receive the offer gift till now.I called support guys three times they are saying you will recieve after 45 days.And also there is no response from ebay.Let see what they are planning.:-)

This is pathetic,no response from ebay. I have been buying electronics from ebay from last 3 years.But now it seems not that efficient in keeping their promises of free gifts.
