Ebay free gift not recieved...!!!

Hi I purchased Google Nexus S worth 26,000 INR, on ebay and applied the coupon code "WK19REACER", for free gift that is a 320 GB Acer hard disk.

But, so far I didn't receive the gift and didn't had any update from Ebay on this.

Can you please look into this?

I had opted for the below after shopping for around 32313/- till Oct 22nd during the diwali. Never got my gift till date!

Can you please update on this? Please note that I have called 10 times and had a chat for 3 times with 2 ref IDs for the same and 6 mails with no responses. Your phone lines are always busy or continuously engaged.

Need help now. I had an update 15 days back on chat that I SHALL GET MY ITEM BY 30th of JAN i.e., TODAY but still NO RESPONSE. Can you please take some action as am really dissatisfied with the false communication in this regard.

Hi Ebay,
I have participated in Ganesha Promotion and purchased a Xperia U and applied code,then i returned back on stipulated time frame and selected the gift " PANASONIC CORDLESS PHONE " and i got the confirmation that the gift will be delivered in 45 days. It has been more than 60 days and i have not received the gift yet.
Can you please look into the issue and get the resolution as soon as possible so that it re instills the confidence in Ebay.

Ebay's gift schemes are a scam to entice people into buying their stuff. I had bought an Ipad from ebay in august and was supposed to receive a 64 GB transcend pendrive as a gift. Initially they kept telling me that my gift will be dispatched in the next 2 weeks. After hearing the same excuse 5-6 times, when I demanded a resolution, their agent Mr Irshad S gave me a fake Bluedart tracking ID. I immediately called up bluedart, but they said that my tracking ID was invalid (read fake). When I confronted their agent with this piece of information, he disconnected the chat session. If this issue is not resolved soon, I'm thinking of going to consumer court. If anyone else has similar issues with their gift schemes, you can join me.

Made the purchase under Diwali Dhamaka promotion.
I have entered the promo code while making the payment.
My purchase value is worth more than Rs.16000.
But I am unable to redeem the gift.
Getting error message 'Oops Sorry you are not eligible for this promotion'.

Customer Support is pathetic. After calling them repeatedly and listening to their standardized excuses, I got tired.
Seems like many other members are facing the same issue.

The redemption deadline got extended from Dec-4 to Dec-18.
Still the problem persists.
One phone support executive told me that the choice of gift will be manually confirmed if the problem is not solved before Dec-12. But that did not happen.
Another phone support executive is not even aware of the redemption deadline extension till Dec-18. He told me that the deadline is over on Dec-14 and that it is my mistake that I did not select the gift.
