During the summer promotion, I bought 2 items,I claimed the gift of 32gb memory card, I don't get the gift till now.Anybody know the reason, its cheating or not.

I have not received my summer promo gift yet.i have already claimed the gift. but not received it.its more than 2 months when did i get my gift.

I have already applied for a summer 2012 gift.But i did not get it.when did i get the gift?

I purchase the items above Rs 10,000 using summer promo 2012. Now how can i redeem my gift ?
