First of all I would like to tell you that ebaycustomer support is pathetic.
1) Email Support - Never Reply (See my last 5 unattended email). Seems they have gone out for a long holiday.
2) Phone Support - Always do false commitments (track my lastg 5 calls)
3) Chat Support - Always do false commitments
Problem:
On 11 december 2013, I have placed an order with PayPaisa ID 35183746216 and paid through HDFC Credit Card.
The item was received with COD attached, the blue dart guy asked me the money and I refused the order. The seller called me and asked to pay again to get the refund and the new order.
The blue dart # 3275159620 says that the product is back to shipper.
I raised a claim with claim number 377407. The claim was closed with the reason that the product has reached to me but it is still with seller, I have a confirmation email from blue dart customer care support.
I have talked many customer care executives regarding this but every customer care executive says the issue has been escalated and it will be resolved within few days.1) Email Support - Never Reply (See my last 5 unattended email). Seems they have gone out for a long holiday.
