i am also struglling to get refund my money or replacement , my gareuntee claim id is 411458 dtd 16-02-2014, i have recived an item dtd 15-2-2014 and when ever i have switched ON the mobile i saw the sparking in the mobile and display the black imgae on the screen so i am not able to ON the mobile.I want to replace the mobile and regarding this I have talk to ebay customer care for replacement but he told me that "please go to the motorola service center and do repair the mobile" but this is defactive item so as per ebay guarantee its replace the item or refund my money ASAP.
if ebay not take the action against my problem ASAP, I think ebay cheating with me, and i will wait for another 7 days after that i will take help of consumer forum against ebay.....
