Ebay Customer care is Pathetic and Painful

Dear All,

This to fetch your kind attention that Ebay's customer care is really pathetic.

1. When called up on numbers, it gets connected after repeated tries as the line is scarce and difficult to get through.

2. Executives keep transferring from here and there.

3. Then they ask to come on to chat instead of call.

4. Chat is worse then call center, Its more difficult to get connected, and people there are so incompetent they transfer us from here and there.

5. Even after getting started to chatting with Safety team executive , she was so uncourteous to close the chat with proper reply and formal closure.

6. Ebay's email support is WORST, no one ever follows to reply in 24 hours guideline. Its a long long repeated process to contact them again and again for email replies.

7. Even after 3 days and three reminders no reply is there for my email sent.

What will you send a message with such unprofessional CRM.

You need to wake up and improve it.
